7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of rental vehicle:
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in dangerous driving practices. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. The vehicle must only be used for its intended purposes and within specified passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Long Eaton is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business related to your use of our services.
